Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase. If for any reason you would like to make a return or to exchange, please complete this form and email it to us at lostangel.jpg@gmail.com ASAP. We will not accept returns after 15 days.

Return shipping charges will not be covered by Lost Angel.

Lost Angel will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at lostangel.jpg@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.

What are your delivery options?

We ship all our orders out via priority FedEx.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do. All international orders are shipped via FedEx. 

Will I be charged customs or duties?

EU countries will not be charged duties.

Lost Angel is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by Lost Angel. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 15 days from when you received your order.

All items must be returned in original packaging and unworn.

Lost Angel will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

The client must pay for any return shipping costs.

Please note, we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

How long can it take to receive my item ?

Depending on your location and the availability of the model, shipping time can take up to 2 weeks.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number attached via email.
